RULES
- Students should wear ID CARD inside the campus.
- Students should not disturb the classes by unnecessarily
making noise, standing on the corridor, lounge, etc. - Students are strictly forbidden from smoking anywhere in the campus.
- Students are not allowed to use mobile phones anywhere in the campus.
- Students are allowed to organise or attend any meeting in the institution or outside only with the prior permission of the Principal / HOD.
- Students may use two-wheelers of capacity less than 100 cc only. They should have valid driving licence and should ride within the speed limit of 10 km/hr within the campus. Students should wear safety helmets.
- Students should handle college property carefully without causing any damage.
ATTENDANCE AND LEAVE RULES
Attendance
- Faculty members are required to record attendance at the start of each class.
- Students arriving after attendance is taken will be marked as absent.
- Monthly attendance summaries will be published in progress reports and displayed on the notice board.
- To be eligible for semester-end examinations, a minimum of 80% attendance is mandatory. Students falling below this threshold will not be permitted to take the semester-end exams.
Leave
- Regular attendance in classes is expected from all students.
- Obtain prior approval from the Class Counselor for any anticipated leave of absence due to valid reasons.
- In case of illness, provide a medical certificate along with the leave application upon return.
- Attendance will be calculated based on attended lecture or lab periods.
- Mandatory attendance for examinations and Continuous Internal Evaluation (CIE) tests. Absence may impact sessional marks awarded by respective staff members for internal assessment.
Holidays
- Observance of all Sundays and college-notified holidays.

Anti-Ragging Measures
Ragging is strictly forbidden within the institution. Any individual found engaging in ragging, whether actively participating or passively supporting, or involved in a conspiracy to promote ragging, will face severe consequences.
Penalties may include:
- Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges.
- Withholding or withdrawing scholarships, fellowships, and other benefits.
- Cancellation of admission.
- Suspension from the institution for a duration ranging from one to four semesters.
- Expulsion from the institution, leading to a subsequent debarring from admission to any other institution for a specified period.

Ragging Punishments:
Ragging is totally prohibited in the institution, and anyone found guilty of ragging and/or abetting ragging, whether actively or passively, or being a part of a conspiracy to promote ragging, is liable to be punished.
- Suspension from attending classes and academic privileges
