About the Department of
Artificial Intelligence and Data Science
The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science was established in the year 2022, with a sanctioned intake capacity of 60 students. Impact AI is broad domain that includes Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and few allied domains such as Computer Vision, Internet of things, Natural Language processing and so on. Our mission is to cultivate Industry-Academia partnership, drive collaborative research with other domains and equip our talents to contribute on multi-disciplinary projects by translating the developed technology into real world impacts. Apart from the core engineering subjects, students are also advised to learn and use various tools and go for global certifications. These global certifications help them in placements.
